Our objectives
Promote conflict resolution and mediation as effective methods to prevent violence.
Encourage communities to use mediation as a method of conflict resolution.
Include the area of research in order to evaluate the impact of implementing conflict resolution and mediation programs on individuals and their environments.
Teach conflict resolution in schools and in the community.
Develop educational guides for teaching conflict resolution and mediation in schools.
Create a Quebec and Canadian network, in affiliation with other organizations, to support the development of conflict resolution and mediation.
Our main areas of interest
Education : This division promotes pacific behavior in schools through the implementation of the Pacific Path program.
Research : This division evaluates the impact of the Pacific Path Institute programs and services to measure their effectiveness and ensure their quality.
Social mediation : This division offers individuals, organisations and communities alternatives to prevent or resolve conflicts.
