2 years - 6000$

First Year – Phase 1

  • Meeting with the school administration;
  • Information meeting with the school personnel;
  • One-day equivalent training session on basic social skills in conflict resolution and on managing conflicts;
  • Participation on the school’s coordination committee;
  • Follow-up meetings with the school’s program lead, as needed;
  • Coaching, as needed, for the workshop facilitators;
  • Annual review meeting.

Second Year – Phase 2

  • Information meeting with school personnel;
  • Half-day review training session on Phase 1 of the program and integration of new school personnel;
  • One-day equivalent training on mediation for all school personnel / teaching staff;
  • Participation on the school’s coordination committee;
  • Follow-up meetings with the school's program lead, as needed;
  • Support of the student mediator training;
  • Annual review meeting.

Standard fees for Association contracts

Preschool and elementary schools

Two-year contract: $ 6 000

Material Included with association contracts:

Year 1: Implementation of Phase 1 - Conflict resolution

  • 2 complete kits: Conflict Resolution in Preschool -
    (Facilitation guide, cardboard illustrations and set of posters)
  • 2 complete kits: Conflict Resolution in Elementary Schools - Cycle 1
    (Facilitation guide, cardboard illustrations and set of posters)
  • 2 complete kits: Conflict Resolution in Elementary Schools - Cycle 2
    (Facilitation guide, cardboard illustrations and set of posters)
  • 2 complete kits: Conflict Resolution in Elementary Schools - Cycle 3
    (Facilitation guide, cardboard illustrations and set of posters)

Year 2: Implementation of Phase 2 - Peer mediation

  • 4 complete kits : Peer Mediation in Elementary Schools
    ( Facilitation guide and set of posters)

- These are standard Association Contract costs. An Association Contract may be adjusted in light of specific needs and requests.

- Additional services may be added such as parent information sessions, training sessions for daycare and noon-hour staff, etc.

- It is possible to sign a contract for only one year at the cost of 3 500 $.

- Lodging, meals, transportation or kilometer fees (0,45$/km) will be added, when applicable.
