EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL FOR THE PRESCHOOL PROGRAM

The Pacific Path in preschools - Program structure

The Pacific Path program invites the students to embark on a trip towards peace. With Mrs. Pacific, a dove, they will visit the seven Islands of Peace. Each island represents a specific theme related to pacific conflict resolution. Along their trip, the students will meet different characters, each one of them living on one of the islands! Each character will help the students discover tricks to learn to live more harmoniously with others.

The program consists of 19 workshops of 45 to 60 minutes each. These workshops are spread out throughout 9 themes: Self-knowledge, Feelings, Empathy, Managing Feelings, Communication, Listening, Possible Solutions, and Conflict resolution.

Training sessions as well as a facilitation guide, posters, and a preschool facilitation kit are available.
