TRAININGS

 1-     Conflict Management and Harassment Prevention in the Workplace(5h)

This training addresses violence prevention in the workplace by learning how to manage conflict more effectively.

            Training will be given on-site.

 Content of Trainings :

  • Conflict and its components;
  • Trajectory of a conflict, types of conflicts and the different reactions they may provoke;
  • Scenarios of workplace violence and their consequences;
  • Creating solutions.

 2-      Conflict Resolution and Mediation for Managers (5h)

This training is geared towards managers who want to know how to intervene more effectively in conflicts between employees.

Trainings given on-site or at the Pacific Path Institute.

Content of Training :

  • Conflict and the managers role;
  • Conflict resolution skills;
  • When and how to intervene in a conflict between employees
  • Mediation

 3-      Social Mediation Training  (10h in 2 days)

   This training is geared towards human resources professionals, social services employees, and  
   individuals who have knowledge of human relations and who practice mediation in their workplace.

   Content of Training :

  • Social mediation approach;
  • Communication skills;
  • Phases and steps in the mediation process;
  • Mediation practice.

4-       Pacific workshops (2h)

These workshops are for any individuals, groups or organizations and are adapted to your needs
